Prismr ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at prismr.online and provides an AI-powered App Store screenshot generation tool. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Account data: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address via Clerk authentication. We do not store your passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Clerk.

Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics about how you interact with the editor (pages visited, features used, export counts) via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable information is included.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Polar.sh. We never see or store your credit card details. Polar's own privacy policy governs payment data.

Uploaded assets: Screenshots and app icons you upload are stored temporarily in your browser session or in Supabase storage tied to your account. We do not use your app assets for training or analytics.

We use your data to:

• Authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• Deliver the screenshot generation service
• Send transactional emails (purchase receipts, password resets)
• Improve product features based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Prismr uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Clerk — authentication and session management
• Supabase — database storage for user settings and drafts
• Polar.sh — payment processing and subscription management
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI caption generation and translation (prompts are not stored by us; Anthropic's API terms apply)
• Vercel — hosting and anonymous performance analytics

Prismr uses session cookies required for authentication (managed by Clerk). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded assets are removed within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@prismr.online and we will respond within 30 days.

Prismr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Prismr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
