If Prismr doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for both the Pro Monthly and Lifetime Pass plans, provided the refund request is made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
The Free plan has no charges and therefore requires no refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method.
- The email address you used to purchase
- Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
- A brief description of the issue (optional — we use this to improve)

Monthly Subscriptions
For Pro Monthly subscribers, a refund covers the most recent charge only. After a refund is issued, your Pro access will be revoked at the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — you must request one separately.

Lifetime Access
Lifetime Pass purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The 14-day window has passed
- The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- The request is made more than once for the same subscription period
