Terms of Service

By accessing or using Prismr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered accounts, and paying subscribers.

Prismr is a web-based tool that helps developers and makers generate App Store and Google Play screenshot assets using AI-powered captions, device mockups, and bulk resolution export. Features vary by subscription plan.

To access the editor and save your work, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@prismr.online if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Prismr offers a free tier and paid Pro plans (monthly and lifetime). Paid plans are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase granting permanent access to Pro features as of the date of purchase, plus all future feature additions covered under the Pro tier.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, we offer a 14-day refund for any paid plan if you are unsatisfied.

You agree not to use Prismr to:

• Generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
• Create accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits
• Upload malware or files designed to harm Prismr's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the screenshots, app icons, and other assets you upload to Prismr. By uploading content, you grant Prismr a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not use your uploaded assets for any purpose other than delivering the Service.

All software, design, branding, and content comprising the Prismr platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prismr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
